As we approach a year since Daniel Ricciardo made a racing return to Formula 1 with the Red Bull family, F1 Correspondent Lawrence Barretto speaks to the Australian – and looks at what he needs to do to extend his stay in the sport beyond the end of the season…
Ricciardo’s battling drives to eighth in Canada and ninth in Austria – to go with his fourth in the Miami Sprint earlier this year – in what has been the fifth-fastest car at best and eighth-fastest at worst, are evidence the Australian can still deliver at the highest level.
