WEEKEND WARM-UP: McLaren search for a third straight win as Tsunoda gets set for Red Bull debut on home soil
The third round of the F1 season comes from Suzuka in Japan, a favourite circuit for many of the drivers.
McLaren arrive here in search of a third straight win, as the fight between their two drivers heats up. But that is not the only storyline worth watching, with Yuki Tsunoda making his Red Bull debut at his home track.
While he will be trying to impress the fans with a strong weekend, Liam Lawson will want to bounce back quickly at Racing Bulls alongside Isack Hadjar – those two rookies going head-to-head in the same car for the first time in F1.
Meanwhile, Max Verstappen is chasing a first victory of the season, as George Russell seeks a third straight podium. Add in the two Ferrari drivers looking to make amends after those disqualifications last time out, and there are plenty of drivers in need of a strong result.
